  14. Sales of alcohol
  15. Agensi Perjudian
  16. Storage of Petroleum & LPG
  17. Laundries Licence
  18. The manufacture of aerated water
  19. The manufacture of curry powder
  20. The manufacture of pickled vegetables
  21. The manufacture of coffee powder
  22. The manufacture of edible oil
  23. The manufacture of tiles and potter
  24. The manufacture of noodles
  25. The manufacture of textiles
  26. Fruit and vegetable shop

D.
KAEDAH PERMOHONAN LESEN
 
  1. Dapatkan Borang di Kaunter Bahagian Kesihatan dan Perkhidmatan Bandar MDS dengan bayaran RM1.00 satu borang.
  2. Atau boleh muat turun borang permohonan Lesen BKA(L)-01a/K8 di sini.
  3. Permohonan bagi Lesen Entertainment License (Cyber cafe, snooker centre & karaoke/pub & lounge /night club).) hendaklah menggunakan Form A dan hanya boleh didapati di Kaunter Bahagian Kesihatan dan Perkhidmatan Bandar MDS sahaja.
BAGI LESEN MELIBATKAN MAKANAN & MINUMAN, HAIR SALOON & REFLEXOLOGY HENDAKLAH :
  1. Membuat pemeriksaan kesihatan dengan menggunakan Borang BKA(L)-03a/K8BKA(L)-03a K8 - Pemeriksaan Kesihatan.
  2. Memiliki Sijil Kursus Pengendalian Makanan.
  3. Mendapatkan Suntikan Anti-Tifoid.
